A day in Reception

 

Our classroom is a beautiful space, with lots of areas for us to learn in. We have a role play area, small world area, construction area, creative area, maths area, phonics area and much more.

Our outside area matches our inside space, with many areas for our learning - have a look!

At break time and lunch times we have plenty of space to run around in.

In Reception children bring home a sheet with some suggested home learning activities based on what we have done in class. These activities include phonics, literacy, maths and topic. We also encourage the children to regularly read their book from school or other suitable books. Below are some helpful resources for phonics.
